Golf Tip of the Month: Ball Mark Fixers

History shows there are three classes of perpetrators when it comes to fixing ball marks:

1. The Ignorant: Who don't know how to repair a ball mark.

2. The Oblivious: Players who are so engrossed in their game they forget.

3. The Entitled: Who say, "I paid a lot of money to play here, somebody else can fix them and replace the divots."

If 100% of players took the 6-10 seconds to repair every ball mark, everyone's elses putting would get better and the greens would be healthier.

So the next time you see a ball mark, consider the outcome of fixing it. You not only are helping others, in the long run you have helped yourself!
